So far there _are_ slightly more roughly along line of eclipse, 
specially weighted above usual suspects (Pacific Rim) in S 
America, S Atlantic, Miid-East, EurAsia and N China - Mongolia

Out of line slightly is crop at Kermadec Islands region - mailed 
pal at Tauranga (NZ) on coast facing that area of sea for reports 
but no answer yet (slightly concerned - some have been medium to 
strong).

Was too impatient - many have come in last two days, esp. bigger 
Kermadec crop (antipodean to eclipse).

BTW - Pal in Tauranga (NZ) says lots more since my request but no 
high water-effects so far (although he's not optimistic about 
survival of a real blast, and reminds of that DOC chap who was 
killed by explosion of volcano on Raoul Is (Kermadec Grp) a 
couple of weeks ago)

Just noticed S. America / S Atlantic (and finally) N Africa 
reports coming in - in addition to some more from M East to 
EurAsia / Mongolia / China / Taiwan - all roughly in line of 
eclipse

BTW - NZ pal says Maoris won't live in certain coastal areas - 
thinks due to `ancestral records' of tsunamis.
