Subject: final _equal update_ Date: Thu, 13 Apr 2000 10:35:30 +0100 From: Ray Dickenson ("To" is list of official agencies) Hello, apologies for not alerting you all immediately - but only a week or so has passed since "Perceptions" publication (of additions to radiation.html - see below). Since reading - today - the following page > http://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/bpp/TM-1998-208400.htm > NASA BREAKTHROUGH PROPULSION PHYSICS PROGRAM > web version 08/20/99 and realizing that - QUOTE > "Since the first two breakthroughs could require breakthroughs in energy generation, and since the physics underlying the propulsion goals is closely linked to energy physics, it is also of interest to discover fundamentally new modes of energy generation. The principle phenomena of interest for this category is, again, the vacuum fluctuations. It has been theorized that this energy can be extracted without violating conservation of energy or any thermodynamic laws [20, 21]. It is still unknown if this vacuum energy exists as predicted, how much energy might be available to extract, and what the secondary consequences would be of extracting vacuum energy." END QUOTE it seems that "Perceptions" pages http://www.perceptions.couk.com/blinded.html , /footnotes2.html , /UEFindex , etc. have been ignored or simply have not reached their intended readers. More seriously, that some of you may think you are at dead ends while others could be aware of new information (guidance) now published at http://www.perceptions.couk.com/uef/radiation.html#proofy Experiments A and B should be carried out with more efficient rotating magnetic fields in place of mass rotor [since you are all well qualified to be aware of possible radiation dangers]. The following information will result QUOTE FROM ABOVE "this vacuum energy exists as predicted, how much energy might be available to extract, and what the secondary consequences would be of extracting vacuum energy" UNQUOTE In publishing the UEFindex and associated pages I have tried to serve British interests as far as I have been allowed [but NESTA procrastination has prevented this], then international science interests, then space exploration as a whole [but NASA personnel are similarly restricted by bureaucracy]. It is understandable that hard working professionals could be 'upset' at being advised but they will not be excused, by present web readers or by more knowledgeable future generations, if political machinations, 'snobbery' or personal ambitions impede the progress we urgently need and which is _now_ possible. regards Ray Dickenson ----------------------------------------------------- "Perceptions" note Aug '01 That went out a while ago - and things have changed since then, now everybody's jockeying for position and acquisition. Always wondered how von Braun felt when he had to run for cover, except - we don't have to run for cover - or do we ? ---------------------------------------------------- FURTHER REFERENCES GO - "search perceptions" - in SEARCH-ENGINE file-ID www.perceptions.couk.com/uef/proof1.txt
