PARTICLE PHYSICS

 Particle physics suffers from at least three deep
 problems which its scientists dare not acknowledge.

 This "science" takes atoms - of gold or silver or
 hydrogen or anything convenient - accelerates them
 in fields which strip the atoms down to basic protons
 then smashes those into other `particles' coming the
 other way or at rest at one end of the tunnel (which
 is typically used for this type of experiment).

 They carefully watch / film the resulting effects and
 then decide which "new" particle has been discovered.
 I.e. as a "component" of the original protons.

 Problem #1 is - this is equivalent to arranging a
 plane crash, picking up the resulting shreds, and
 then announcing that these shreds are "components"
 of the original plane.

 Say they found a piece of melted plastic and metal,
 fused into a ball [it was part of a seat arm-rest].
 They then look for ways that "ball" of plastic and
 metal could interact with other previously examined
 shreds to make up an operating airplane.

 Here's the whole problem - that "ball" didn't exist
 before the crash. Although the material was indeed
 part of a greater whole - a seat arm-rest (a proton
 say), the metal-and-plastic  ball was "manufactured"
 by the conditions of the crash!

 So when particle physicists announce "discoveries"
 you know one thing - the new particle is *not* a
 component of ordinary `real' matter which we, you
 and me, are made of.

 Although somewhere in the universe, where conditions
 might be exactly like in that tunnel, shreds of
 matter could exist that look exactly like that newly
 "discovered particle".

 Problem #2 is - the `particle physicists' have had
 to invent a language and logic which doesn't really
 apply to the real world - for the reasons outlined
 above.

 So new students are trained (indoctrinated) in that
 `languge & logic' and believe it's true - but each
 time they make a very expensive experiment, they'll
 "find" new particles which don't fit their carefully
 contrived Standard Model.

 Problem #3 is - they've promised the politicians
 ultimate power will be found by their "particle
 experiments" - and the politicians, always greedy
 for new ways of killing people, have invested 
 billions, maybe trillions by now, in these very
 expensive particle-collider tunnels.

 So the "trade" of particle physics is riding a
 tiger - and daren't stop, for obvious reasons.

 They would have to tell the politicians - and
 eventually us - that it's all twaddle.
