    Mars is closest 30 Oct and that line-up of Sun / Earth / Mars
    could start tectonic sensitivity

    AND

    Moon will line up with Earth and Mars almost directly afterwards,
    during Hallowe'en - giving _another_ tectonic tweak.

    AND

    New Moon is 2 Nov (01:24 UTC) - giving a _third_ tweak in space
    of a few days.

    If living on the "Ring of Fire" would stay outdoors or in light
    frame buildings for the week / ten days from Sunday
