  as we saw above, Hafele and Keating's eastward-flown cesium
  atomic-beam clocks lost 59 nano secs, while the westward clocks
  gained 273 nanosecs (w.r.t stationary clocks).

  So, does a deciding factor - a CLINCHER - exist?

  Yes - Instantaneous transfer of Info (I.x.I) or Far Faster than Light
  (f.f.t.l) transfer of _anything_ is forbidden by all Relativity
  theories but _demanded_ by one Ether Theory (U.E.F Theory).

  From that we can infer there _is_ an Ether [or "quintessence"], so far
