The present letter is a business proposition and it aims to draw attention
of the scientific community in the field of physics, astrophysics, and
chemistry and of the world's industrial circles to the works of Mr.
Valery Feodorovich Andrus, Donets'k, Ukraine. 

It concerns Neutron physics, Neutron astrophysics, and Neutron chemistry.
Two books -  "People" (Eng., Rus.), and "Thoughts Aloud" (Eng., Rus.,),
and an article "Whether Revolution in Fundamental Sciences Is Possible?"
(Eng., Rus.) were written by Mr. V.F. Andrus.

In December 2003, the both books with the Appendix (The Table of
Transmutation of Chemical Elements according to V.F. Andrus) were
published on the web-site www.elit-cons.com under the reference "The Epoch
Discovery". The first part of the textbook "Principles of Neutron Physics"
is being published on the said site.

The Author of the books has been involved in the problems
on the origin of matter and energy for 28 years.

Depicted in the books there is a true picture of the origin and derivation
of stars, planets, matter, structure of energy flows, magnetism and also
methods of practical application of this knowledge in the field of the
human progress. Methods of the artificial manufacturing of gold and super
large diamonds, principle operation of the generator for producing
unlimited quantity of free-of-charge electric power... All that and a
great deal of other things are offered in the books.

One of the first practical results of the new sciences discovered by Mr.
Andrus is the designed by him Gravitational Electric Generator.

Presently, because of the small investments, an Electrical Laboratory is
being established to design an industrial model of the 10 kW Gravitational
Power Station. It will enable to seek funds to patent and demonstrate the
Power Stations.

A GRAVITATIONAL ELECTRIC GENERATOR 
An electric generator operating on the gravitational flow of the Earth and
the star of the Sun is developed by the Author of three new neutron
sciences /astrophysics, physics, chemistry/, narrated in three books
"Thoughts Aloud", "People", and "Principles of Neutron Physics"
/www.elit-cons.com/, on the basis of the solution of the General field
theory and the new electromagnetic theory. All existing electric generators
also operate on it but their designers do not know about it because of their
strained interpretations.

A gravitational electric generator of capacity 1kW, mass 3kg was
bed-tested. The electric generator consists of three units without moving
elements: the control unit, the generator itself, the holding frequency
unit 50Hz. The output current is a signal-phase alternating current with a
frequency of 50Hz. By the order, it is possible to change to the
three-phase current with the same frequency. A series of industrial models
can be produced for the demonstration:

3kg    5kg     15kg   30kg

Presently, because of the small investments, an Electrical Laboratory is
being established to design an industrial model of the 10 kW Gravitational
Power Station.

While operating, the generator is cooled and changes its mass downward.
After the first starting, the generator is continuously in the go until
electronic control circuit failure. The generation unit can't have any
failures during 10 years as a minimum. Repair of the control circuit
is not expensive /changing radio components/.

The first investment at the rate of 4.0 million US Dollars is necessary
for establishing conditions on guarding the objects. The Investor will
have privileges and will have the right to make the commercial offering.
