The a/m are the people and organizations claiming, in one way or another, to act as guardians of society and of the British educational system. And they take a great deal of money from us, in one way or another, on the strength of that claim.

Note : When compared with parents [ a cross-section of the working community ], we find teachers and education bodies [ members of self-selecting elites ] are much more corruptible. Even in recent days parents are still forced to campaign to remove corrupting influences - commercial, sexual and political - from their childrens' schools.

If you report a crime, but the policeman tells you "It didn't happen" and just ignores you, but then in a restaraunt you spot the policeman drinking and eating with the criminal - at your expense, would you think he was bent?
