Statement by Professor (Steve) Jones, noted geneticist,
 in which he said:
 (paraphrased)

  "If you take the total world divergence of human DNA to
   by 100 units then 7.5% will represent the difference 
   you'd get between two people of adjoining countries -
   say USA & Canada or Uganda & Kenya;
   a further 7.5% is the difference you'd expect between
   two people of different "ethnic origin"
   and a massive 85% is the difference you'd get between
   any two people of IDENTICAL ethnicity and IDENTICAL 
   hometown.

   This tells us that "race" does not exist, as a 
   'difference' between humans.
