Science & Occultism
It is amateur and irresponsible to ignore "occult" phenomena. There are at least a dozen inventions, including Xerox and a number of devices for the handicapped, originated, developed and finished solely by occult means, including ouija board, invisible-hand writing, dreams etc. Once PARADE magazine cited them all. The XXEROX inventor was a Church member of prominence. Occultism was a common link for the royalties and nobilities and seats of powers of all cultures. Babylon, Greece, U.k., U.S.A, India, Iran and others are too well known for occult fortunes and creativities. To immagine that these are some "abstract", metaphysical nebulous energy floating around and permeating human neuronal acivities will be a serious mistake. Since they are invisible, but very "PERSONAL" and REAL, imitating humans. I am inclined to posit that some kind of non-entropic dark matter atoms are involved to form very real and intransient but "invisible beings". The humans themselves may have "Invisible Homo Sapiens" existing and functioning parallel to the visible body.
ORDINARY & EXTRAORDINARY MATERIALISM
The Invisible Homo Sapiens
Chemical bonds exist because of stable Duet or Octet electron configurations and electron spins. If there are three dark matter particles (of negligible mass and zero charge) corresponding to electron, proton and neutron in humans they may form a Dark Aufbau and a hierarchy of dark atoms, dark molecules, dark cells, dark brain etc and a Dark Body parallel to their visible counter parts. Perhaps positive and negative gravitons or an as yet unknown force also may be involved.
What is the point? Nothing much, but a mere Invisible Homo sapiens coupled parallel to the visible human body may exist. How about plants and animals and artificial intelligence (AI)? Plants may have only one type of Dark Matter that corresponding to electrons only. Animals may have an additional type corresponding to protons also. But these will not complete a Dark matter body in plants or animals. AI will have no Dark Matter particles coupled to any visible particles since there is no visible or dark DNA to govern these processes. The decreasing intensities of biophoton emission in the living cells of plants, animals and humans support this view. There is also theoretical basis to show that biophoton emission may be the result of interactions of Dark Matter particles with the visible particles.
The clearly observable taxonomic differences in spite of the close genomic similarities may be accounted for as follows: Type 1 Axions may be universally present across the taxa. Type II Axions may be present in animals and humans only, not in plants. Type III Axions may be present only in Humans.
Thus, only humans will have a complete hierarchy of Dark Bodies resulting in the INVISIBLE HOMO SAPIENS existing parallel to the visible human body. Since axions are non-electric, the axion body will be intransient being not governed by entropy, and will easily go through all material barriers. Animals will have less complete and plants the least complete form of Dark Bodies. Biophoton Emission seems to support this, plants emitting about 10 times more than animals. There are theoretical grounds to show that biophoton emission is a consequence of dark matter interaction with elementary particles. The binding capcity of axions to the visible atoms may exponentially increase with each addition of the axion type, making human dark cells 3^3 = 9 times more stable than plant dark cells.
So, Materialism to be valid must have two components:
1. Ordinary Materialism dealing with Light Matter, and
2. Extra Ordinary Materialism dealing with Dark Matter or Dark Materialism.

Hello,
Can anyone advise me re 'enhancers'?
Over the years have had brief attempts at EVP. Got an Olympus digital voice recorder now, but just want any advice re the correct / best enhancer for this and making existing recordings more audible - whenever poss.
Have asked one or two groups but none have replied.

November 20, 2007 Elmhurst, Illinois - The whole world knows about
September 11, 2001, when the two World Trade towers melted down to New
York City streets after terrorist-controlled airliners flew into them.
The day before, on September 10th, 2001, then Secretary of Defense,
Donald Rumsfeld, declared his own war on the Pentagon bureaucracy for
wasting so much unaccounted money. Sec. Rumsfeld said, "According to
some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions."
One of Rumsfeld's worried employees was Jim Minnery from the
Defense Department's Finance and Accounting Service. He backed up
Rumsfeld by saying, "We know the money is gone. But we don't know what
they spent it on." Minnery, a former Marine turned whistle-blower,
risked his job by speaking out about millions of dollars missing from
Department of Defense (DOD) balance sheets. Twenty years earlier in the
early 1980s, Department of Defense Analyst Franklin Spinney also made
headlines exposing what he called "accounting games in which the books
are cooked routinely year after year."
Trillions of dollars "cooked" - by whom? And for what
reason? These questions were behind one of the presentations at the Las
Vegas UFO Crash Retrieval Conference November 10-11, 2007. Michael
Schratt, 38-year-old, has always had a passion for studying airplanes
and even took some Parks College courses in aerospace engineering in St.
Louis. He did not earn a degree, but he went on to become an autocad
draftsman working on aerospace components. Today, he is an Aerospace
draftsman for Armstrong Aerospace based in Elmhurst Illinois.
Michael has a theory about where all the black budget DOD
trillions have been going over the past 60 years: to fund a TOP SECRET
space program that no citizen in the United States knows about -
including most of Congress. If true, it means that NASA is only public
window dressing for a much bigger and more advanced American clandestine
program to dominate and weaponize space. Schratt thinks it all began in
the 1940s when Presidents Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman
realized that non-human, "celestial" and "interplanetary" technologies
were interacting with our planet. By 1958, the public arm of a space
program - NASA - is what Michael Schratt thinks was created in parallel
with another secret space program.

Michael Schratt, Aerospace Draftsman, Armstrong Aerospace,
Elmhurst, Illinois: "We're spending multiple billions of dollars on
classified black budget programs with no Congressional oversight
whatsoever. One quick example is a document that I ran across at the
Library of Congress, which is directly in back of the Capitol in
Washington, D. C. There you can pick up a document called, "DOD Budget
for Fiscal Year 1994" or whatever year.
The new budget is handed out to Congress every January and
the document has the subtitle: RD T&E Programs (R-1), which stands for
Research Development Test & Evaluation Programs R-1. It's approximately
24 pages in length and when you go through this document, it starts to
describe a number of programs that the Air Force is involved in and the
funding for particular programs and they are called "Program Elements"
or "Line Item Numbers."
When you look through the budget document, it gives you
specific details about a number of programs they are working on, such as
Foreign Technology Division. And in the lists, it highlights programs
called Senior Year and Forest Green. Department of the U. S. Air Force Budget for Year 1994 RDT&E Program. Red dots highlight SENIOR YEAR and FOREST GREEN, for which there is no
budget amounts given, in contrast to the budget amounts given in upper
half of the page.

I believe that we are definitely running two space programs:
one space program in the form of a public relations space program like
we see in NASA. Then the other is a much more privatized defense
contractor program that is exempt from Congressional oversight.
I did interview a number of retired Skunk Works engineers
who did work on those programs and said they did reach the flying
status, so a number of those programs were a flying prototype. Black Space Program to Interact
with Non-Human Presence?

116-foot-diameter man-made flying saucer in this hangar during a 'Flying

That could be. And I can highlight a document that was
written by Mr. Ben Rich, the former head of Lockheed Skunk Works just
after Kelly Johnson. Rich took over the reins from Johnson back in 1975.
Ben Rich was a very close friend of John Andrews, who was the Senior
Special Projects of Special Divisions at Testor's Model Corporation in
San Diego, California.
UFOs, Both E. T. and Manmade:
"Unfunded Opportunities"
John would ask Ben Rich questions about classified aircraft and Ben
never released any specific classified answers, but he did provide John
Andrews some interesting points. One of these points was a question that
John posed to Ben Rich. He was asking Ben if he was a believer in
manmade UFOs and extraterrestrial UFOs. We have Ben's response - I'm
looking at this document. It's dated July 21, 1986. It's on official
Lockheed letterhead from Ben Rich.
Ben Rich and the F-117A Nighthawk. Benjamin Robert Rich (June 18, 1925
- January 5, 1995) was the second director of Lockheed's Skunk Works from 1975 to 1991,
succeeding its founder, Kelly Johnson. Regarded as the "father of
stealth," Ben Rich was responsible for leading the development of the
F-117, the first production stealth aircraft. He also worked on the
F-104, U-2, SR-71, A-12, and F-22 among others, many of which are still
classified.

Dear John:
Yes, I'm a believer in BOTH categories. I feel everything is
possible. Many of our manmade UFOs were unfunded opportunities. In both
categories, there are a lot of geeks and charlatans. Be cautious.'
So,
the question is: what exactly did Ben Rich mean when he talked about
'unfunded opportunities'? Was he speaking of classified programs within
the Skunk Works that did not get proper funding? Or, was he speaking of
hand-me-downs that we received from others?
Technology "To Take E. T. Home"
ISN'T IT BEN RICH WHO SPOKE ONLY A FEW YEARS AGO AT A
MEETING IN CALIFORNIA AND SAID WE HAD THE TECHNOLOGY 'TO TAKE E. T.
HOME'?
That's exactly correct, Linda. I have that quote right here.
Mr. Ben Rich passed away in 1995 and before he passed away, he dropped a
number of bombshells. This took place at Wright-Patterson AFB back in
1993. He gave a slide presentation there and also at the UCLA School of
Engineering Alumni speech - he gave on March 23, 1993. At the very end of his
presentation, in both of these venues, he completed his slides with the
following quote: 'The U. S. Air Force has just given us a contract to
take E. T. back home.'
He also mentioned, 'We also know how to travel to the
stars.' And he also mentioned at the UCLA speech, 'It is time to end all
secrecy on this as it no longer poses a national security threat and to
make the technology available for use in the private sector.' That's
exactly what we're talking about here.
He was telling us about a whole level of aircraft, of
spacecraft, of advanced propulsion systems that are so far advanced. He
even mentioned technologies that are 50 years beyond even what we could
possibly dream of. Now, when you hear that coming from the Director of
the Skunk Works, I think it is important to really take that to heart.
This gentleman knew something and he was trying to tell us something.
And I think this is the space program that none of us have a clue about
in the civilian sector. This is what Ben Rich was trying to tell us
about.
THAT THERE IS A SECOND, SECRET PARALLEL SPACE PROGRAM TO
NASA. Absolutely - 100%.
"Lifting Body" Demonstrated At Norton AFB on November 12,
1988
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER DETAILS TO FILL IN ABOUT WHO THE
ASTRONAUTS COULD BE AND WHAT MIGHT BE THE CURRENT MOST CUTTING EDGE
AERIAL CRAFT WE MIGHT HAVE IN SECRET?
I do not know who the secret astronaut corps would be, but I
do have at least an idea of some of the craft they might fly. I will
reference an event that took place on November 12, 1988 - this is two
days after the F-117A was declassified and put into the public domain.
This was an exhibit to garner support for black budget aerospace
programs. We know that California Congressman George Brown, Jr., was
present. We also know that U. S. Senator Alan Cranston was present and a
number of high-level military brass was also present at this classified
exhibit. This was not open to the general public.
Now, one aerospace engineer who did come forward and provide details -
he was actually at this exhibit. He mentioned that there
were a number of aircraft in this hangar. There were two semi-classified
hovercraft that have now since gone into the commercial industry. He
also described a flattened football, diamond-shaped aircraft.
Reference: Aviation Week & Space Technology December 24,
1990, has a very good drawing, a schematic of what this particular
aircraft looked like.
Roughly it was 100 feet in length and approximately 65 feet
wide - completely composed of heat-ablative thermo-resistance space
shuttle tiles - the same tiles that you would see on the space shuttle.
[ Editor's Note: Thermal Protection System (TPS) reinforced
carbon-carbon that can withstand up to 3,000 degrees F. on reentry into
Earth's atmosphere.]
On control surfaces along the leading and trailing edges of
the aircraft; tricycle landing gear with wire mesh wheels; and this was
a completely unmanned aircraft. This was one of the aircraft that was at
the 1988 exhibit. This was an unmanned aerial vehicle that had 121
launch tubes at the lower portion of the fuselage. They had the
capability of launching a 1/10th megaton warhead at less than 1/10th of
a second. There were 18 of these aircraft built during the Reagan
Administration.
THAT MEANS THE NUCLEAR MISSILES COULD BE LAUNCHED FROM HIGH
IN OUR ATMOSPHERE WITHOUT HAVING PILOTS INSIDE THOSE AIRPLANES?
That's exactly correct. They could be to the Soviet Union in
less than three hours and then be back home and the Soviet Union would
not even know what was going on because these things are extremely
stealthy and could not be intercepted via missiles or aircraft.
WHERE DO YOU THINK THESE AIRCRAFT ARE TODAY?
No one knows, but I can only guess that some of them are at
a remote facility at Eglin AFB, Florida. They could also be at an
underground facility called 'Dyson's Dock' at the remote test site in
Nevada, also known as 'Area 51.' And then also the third option is Edwards North Base,
Mohave, California.
Electrostatic Reduction of Wing Drag Saves Fuel -
Why No Application to Civilian Aircraft?
IN YOUR PRESENTATION, I THOUGHT ONE OF THE FASCINATING BUT
DISTURBING PART WAS A DRAWING FOR A PLANE OF A MILITARY APPLICATION IN
WHICH ELECTROSTATIC FIELDS WERE PLACED ON THE FRONT OF THE WINGS AND I
THINK AND IN THE TAIL IN ORDER TO REDUCE DRAG.
That's correct. Now, this comes from March 9, 1992, Aviation
Week & Space Technology. That is the reference for this and you will
recall that twenty-one Northrup B-2 ATV stealth bombers have been built
at the cost of $2.2 billion per aircraft. The Northrup engineers who
worked on the program were getting really disgusted that the
technologies associated with the B-2 were not being trickled down into
the commercial airline industry. That's why they came forward.

What the engineers said is that a number of technologies
that are actually in use on the B-2 were classified technologies. One of
them referenced, 'T. T. Brown [Townsend Brown] Electrogravitic Patent
No. 3,187, 206, specifically talking about how the B-2 electrically
charges the leading edge of the wing to reduce the radar cross section.
Then it negatively charges the exhaust gases to reduce the infrared
signature. They also found out that a 1968 report from Northrup Grumman
Corp. was that when you electrically charge the leading edge of the
wing, there is a resulting drag coefficient reduction up to 60%. That
could be retrofitted to the commercial airline industry, but it's not
happening. And that's why the engineers came forward.
IF WE WERE ABLE TO REDUCE THE DRAG ON OUR AIRLINERS BY 60%,
THAT WOULD REDUCE THE FUEL DEMAND BY A LARGE AMOUNT.
That's exactly correct, yes. The implications are staggering
and this has so many applications, but is not being used and that was
the reason Northrup engineers came forward. And I certainly hope some
day we do see this technology.
IN A DAY AND AGE RIGHT NOW WHERE WE ARE FIGHTING FOR EVERY
DROP OF OIL AND JET FUEL THAT WE CAN GET, ISN'T THERE SOMETHING CRIMINAL
ABOUT THE SEPARATION AND SUPPRESSION OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES FROM
CIVILIAN APPLICATIONS?
I could not agree more, Linda. It's our Constitutional
obligation to question authority and that's what we are doing tonight. I
think an accounting should be made of these programs. They should be
brought out into the light. Many of these programs represent absolutely
no threat to the national security. That's why I think they should be
exposed.

OPENED UP?
I think it would take a massive effort of engineers who have
worked on the program willing to come forward with the hardware to back
it up. We just can't have only lights in the sky and we can't just have
testimonies and documents.
It's got to be a full frontal attack. We've got to have the
actual hardware.
You and I both know that the U. S. Air Force, the
industrial-military complex privatized sector, they have archives,
buildings, storage facilities with gun camera footage, with
documentation, black and white glossy old time photos officially stamped
'USAF Photographs' that used to be at MacDill AFB, Florida, Armed Guard
facility. These facilities do exist. Some of the secrets are in those
and it's my goal to at least tap into some of that.
THE PHOTOS YOU ARE REFERENCING WOULD BE SUPPRESSED
GOVERNMENT PHOTOS OF UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS THAT ARE NOT FROM

Some of them that used to be classified programs that did
have stability problems and those photographs have never been seen, yes.
But they were manmade craft.
SO THEY ARE MANMADE CRAFT PERHAPS MIMICING SOMETHING THAT
WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO BACK-ENGINEER (OF AN ALIEN SOURCE)?

Ben Rich might have been alluding to when he made that comment about
'unfunded opportunities.'

WHEN YOU TAKE ALL OF THE RESEARCH THAT YOU HAVE DONE, WHAT
WAS YOUR OWN GREATEST SHOCK?
My greatest shock - I would have to say there were two
shocks. Shock # 1 came when I got some details about the other aircraft
at Norton AFB that looked like a flattened football, plus a group of
other aircraft - and we can't even call them aircraft because they don't
work on the principles of aerodynamic lift.

These were three craft measuring 24, 60 and 130 feet in
diameter. They looked like a classic flying saucer, or almost like a
Jell-o mold. There was an upper crew compartment that looked somewhat
like a sphere with composite panels about a 35-degree angle from the
centerline of the craft. The smallest craft had a crew of four that used
off-the-shelf components. Now, that was very much stressed -
off-the-shelf components. This was a completely manmade
craft. An ejection system taken directly off the F4 Phantom was used on
this particular 'Jell-o mold' craft. There were six CCD cameras along
the circumference of the upper crew compartment and one on top for a
total of seven (cameras). They could all be used in conjunction with
each other and produce an artificial image on the inside of the pilot's
visor via the Apache display system.
Now, along the central column, we believe there was a
nuclear containment device and an articulated arm on the lower portion
of the craft and a number of copper capacitor plates that used the
Biefeld-Brown effect.

During 1964, Major De Seversky published his related work in
U. S. Patent 3,130,945, and with the aim to forestall any possible
misunderstanding about these devices, had termed these flying machines
"ionocrafts." Similar modern flying devices are now called EHD
thrusters.]
These craft were hovering off the floor and they were
bobbing, just like you would see a large tanker at port, just bobbing on
their own waves.
The U. S. military general who was giving the lecture at
this exhibit stated that these craft could do light speed, or better.
So, I think that was one of my first shocks. That demonstration
coincided with a public Norton AFB Air Show, which was public. But the
exhibit (of Jell-o mold craft) inside the big hangar was not public.
Interestingly, at the Vegas Crash Retrieval Conference, I
received a comment from a man who said he was at Norton AFB at the time
and he said that base just prior to the air show went on lock down and
they had dogs all over the place and armored personnel, military police
and it was very unprecedented.
DO YOU THINK THE 'JELLO MOLD' LIFTING BODY WAS LITERALLY
NON-HUMAN TECHNOLOGY AND NOT BACK-ENGINEERED?
Well, the craft had two code names. It was called the 'Alien
Reproduction Vehicle (ARV)' and it was also called the 'Fluxliner'
because it was based on high voltage electricity. The gentleman that I
spoke to stressed that this was off-the-shelf components. There was
nothing alien specifically about the components of the aircraft.
However, it might have been based on something that was alien and hence
the name, 'Alien Reproduction Vehicle.'
They had a small VCR connected to a monitor showing this
craft making hops, high speed hops - hopping and stopping and then
moving and then making a hopping motion and they were showing this thing
in motion. There was nobody in the cockpit when they had these on
display. They were unmanned, but they did have the capability of being
manned.
Was Neutralizing Gravity Technology Available by 1960 and
Applied to Secret Space Program?
So, the implications are that if you look at the reference
works and the literature from the vintage 1950s talking about
atomic-powered spacecraft and nuclear-powered aircraft, it's clear that
the nuclear energy for aircraft propulsion program in the 1950s, we were
already working on ways to crack the gravity barrier. By 1960, I believe
we had the first working prototype. Now, that's nine years before
astronaut Neil Armstrong landed at Tranquility Base on the moon. That
might be one reason why Neil Armstrong doesn't talk about Apollo 11
because he knows he was not the first man on the moon.
WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS THAT BEFORE ARMSTRONG LANDED ON THE
MOON, THERE WERE EITHER NON-HUMAN CRAFT ALREADY UP THERE? OR A SECRET
SPACE PROGRAM FLIGHT MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN TO THE MOON BEFORE THE OFFICIAL
NASA SPACE PROGRAM?
Yes, Linda, that is consistent with the literature. The
literature in the aerospace industry starting in 1955 was just full of
references of atomic-powered spacecraft, nuclear engines, things that
could be retrofitted to trans-atmospheric vehicles.
By 1960, all of that was completely expunged from the
literature 100%. So, it's clear they made a breakthrough somewhere
around 1960 where they started with these prototypes. That's why I
believe that we already had a flying prototype at that time that could
probably get to the moon.
The implications of what that means to NASA while it is
still using Nazi SS liquid rocket technology that's been obsolete for
over 60 years is ridiculous!
YOU MEAN THE SHUTTLES ARE BEING BLASTED UP INTO THE AIR IN A
CRUDER TECHNOLOGY WHILE MORE SOPHISTICATED LIFTING BODIES ARE AVAILABLE
IN THE SECRET AMERICAN SPACE PROGRAM?
Absolutely. The whole liquid rocket launch concept is
flawed. There is a much better way to access space, and THEY
(powers-that-be-in-secret-programs) know it.
MICHAEL, CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW ENRAGED THE NASA EMPLOYEES AND
ADMINISTRATORS WHO DON'T KNOW ABOUT A SECRET SPACE PROGRAM WOULD BE IF
THEY KNEW?
Not only do they not know, but less than 5% of Congress
knows and in many cases, our presidents don't know either.
THE PROBABILITY IS THAT THE IMPETUS OF THE SECRET AMERICAN

That's a really good question. Certainly we have a number of
craft that certainly seem to mimic what we would classify as
extraterrestrial vehicles. HOW DO WE PROVE THIS?
We'd have to speak to some of the engineers who worked
directly on the program from Lockheed and also from SAIC (Science
Applications International Corporation) in San Diego, California. They
are aware of these craft, too.
HOW IRONIC IF IT IS GOING TO BE IF THE CATASTROPHIC
CONSEQUENCES OF GLOBAL WARMING AND THE DECLINE OF FOSSIL FUELS ARE WHAT
FINALLY FORCE THE GOVERNMENT TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY HAVE HIDDEN FOR SIXTY
YEARS.
I think that is something they might not have considered
when they started the secret space program. They didn't think about the
environmental implications of keeping this under wraps. And now that we
are so bogged down in so many environmental issues, we desperately need
this technology. It's their decision whether they want to release the
information or not, but it's clear that the time has come for this to be
brought out into the open."

Dear Governor Symington and Mr. Fox,
Congratulations on an excellent press conference on Monday. We are heartened to see the process of Disclosure continuing and that some of the witnesses and materials brought forward by The Disclosure Project (www.disclosureproject.org/) are continuing to reach the public.
Regarding the request for a government/civilian panel to investigate the UFO matter, while we appreciate your laudable purpose in making this request, we are concerned about the unintended strategic consequences of such a process. To wit:
* It is important to realize that powerful and well-funded unacknowledged special access projects (USAPs) within sectors of the US and other governments, and working largely through `work for others' contracts with private institutes and corporations, have already been investigating the UFO/ET matter for decades.
* These projects are rogue, unconstitutional and transnational in nature. In briefings that I conducted personally for CIA Director R. James Woolsey, Defense Intelligence Agency Director General Patrick Hughes, the Director of Intelligence, Joint Staff (J2) and senior members of key Congressional committees (Senate Intelligence Committee, House Government Oversight committee, etc.) among others, it was made clear that the chain of command has been subverted. Even after providing current project code names and numbers to J2, and after he subsequently located one of these USAPs within the Pentagon and demanded to be `read into' (or briefed) on the operation, this Admiral informed us that he was denied access to these projects.
* The science and technology behind these ET vehicles have been studied since at least the 1940's and have been largely understood and reproduced. Their energy and propulsion systems, once disclosed, would eliminate the need for oil, gas, coal, nuclear power, public utilities and so forth. Many UFO sightings are, in fact, of these advanced aircraft which have been developed by Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, SAIC and other military contractors and were operational by the late 1950s.
* Importantly, in 1969 the Condon Committee at the University of Colorado, a panel much like what you are recommending, became a fraud perpetrated on the public, and its chairman, Dr. Condon, was a secret, unacknowledged CIA asset (after briefing CIA Director Woolsey and making a FOIA request, we obtained a CIA document that establishes this fact). Dr. Robert Wood, then of McDonnel Douglas Aerospace, was involved with the Condon Committee and discovered that Dr. Condon was sanitizing any credible evidence from the report and even withheld such evidence from other panel members (see www.disclosureproject.org/ witness testimony by Dr. Wood). When Dr. Wood challenged Dr. Condon on this behavior, Dr. Condon contacted Mr. McDonnel directly and attempted to get Dr. Wood fired. Any such committee today would most likely be a similar corrupt hoax and would seriously set-back Disclosure and only deepen the cover-up.
* In light of the above, we recommend a strategy to have open, secrecy-free hearings before a relevant Congressional committee, such as the House Government Oversight Subcommittee for domestic affairs, chaired by UFO-observer Rep. Dennis Kucinich, or some other committee headed by a similarly honest and trustworthy chairperson. Alternatively, a hearing by the UN or the World Court would be an acceptable venue.
* Importantly, since The Disclosure Project now has over 400 military, government, corporate and intelligence witnesses from around the world, as well as corroborating official documents and project code numbers and names, such a pool of witnesses testifying before an open, televised hearing would as sure honest, real-time Disclosure. This process, so long as open and conducted by an honest chairperson, would be much less likely to be corrupted than a government panel investigation.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic U.S. presidential hopeful Dennis Kucinich may have been ridiculed for saying he had seen a UFO, but for some former military pilots and other observers, unidentified flying objects are no laughing matter.
An international panel of two dozen former pilots and government officials called on the U.S. government on Monday to reopen its generation-old UFO investigation as a matter of safety and security given continuing reports about flying discs, glowing spheres and other strange sightings.
"Especially after the attacks of 9/11, it is no longer satisfactory to ignore radar returns ... which cannot be associated with performances of existing aircraft and helicopters," they said in a statement released at a news conference.
The panellists from seven countries, including former senior military officers, said they had each seen a UFO or conducted an official investigation into UFO phenomena.
The subject of UFOs grabbed the spotlight in the U.S. presidential race last month when Kucinich, a member of Congress from Ohio, said during a televised debate with other Democratic candidates that he had seen one.
Former presidents Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter are both reported to have claimed UFO sightings.
Most turn out to be misidentified aircraft, satellites or meteors. A panellist who once worked for Britain's Ministry of Defense said 5 percent of incidents cannot be explained.
But the sightings are often dismissed by authorities without proper investigations, UFO activists say.
"It's a question of who you going to believe: your lying eyes or the government?" remarked John Callahan, a former Federal Aviation Administration investigator, who said the CIA in 1987 tried to hush up the sighting of a huge lighted ball four times the size of a jumbo jet in Alaska.
The panel, organized by a group dedicated to winning credibility for the study of UFOs, urged Washington to resume UFO investigations through the U.S. Air Force or NASA.
"It would certainly, I think, take a lot of angst out of this issue," said former Arizona Gov. Fife Symington, who said he was among hundreds who saw a delta-shaped craft with enormous lights silently traverse the sky near Phoenix in 1997.
The Air Force investigated 12,618 UFO reports from 1947 to 1969 in what was known as Project Blue Book. Investigators concluded that the incidents posed no threat and there was no evidence of space aliens or a super technology in operation.
"Since the termination of Project Blue Book, nothing has occurred that would support a resumption of UFO investigations," the Air Force said on its Web site.

phenomenon in the Brazilian state of Para.
Introduction: Much is still to be clarified on the sightings and
attacks against people occurred from 1974 to 1978 in the
Brazilian state of Para, namely in Colares island, where the
presence of the phenomenon known as suck-suck [chupa-chupa],
which frightened the whole population in that vast area was,
more intense. As we know, in the year of 1977 the situation was
unbearable to residents of the affected areas and in order to
investigate those attacks the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) decided
to launch an offensive named Operation Saucer [Operacao Prato],
which started in September and ended in December that year.
The suck-suck or "vampire light" phenomenon, as referred to by
river communities in the neighboring states of Para and
Maranhao, was initially detected in the region of Gurupi River,
which divides both states and where most serious cases ever
found in Brazilian ufology would be later witnessed.
Unfortunately, Operation Saucer was launched in a moment when
the attacks started to lose intensity. However, the lives of
people living in those areas were not easy until that happened.
Hundreds of assaults perpetrated by the lights were registered
with at least four resulting in deaths. That military mission
was the greater initiative ever known in favor of an official
investigation of the UFO phenomenon in Brazil and was classified
as confidential pursuant to the Regulation for the Safeguard of
Secret Affairs, a government secret file.
In most cases, the sightings occurred during the night when UFOs
used to fly over little coastal and rural communities taking
them into panic and terror. Reports at the time say that the
objects were normally round or cylinder-shaped with some rare
occurrences of fish-shaped ones. Many witnesses report that
creatures similar to medium-height human beings were carried
inside the aircraft. In general, victims of suck-suck were
adults, both males and females. The incidents normally occurred
in a casual manner, when they were in home, on the streets, or
even in churches or schools. According to Dr. Wellaide Cecim
Carvalho, a physician sent by the Health Department of the State
of Para to treat the victims and who served at the small health
unit in Colares, nearly 60% to 70% of the vampire light victims
were women [See Brazilian UFO Magazine editions 114 to 117].
Dr. Wellaide told Revista UFO that the wounds were first and
second-degree burns, not over 15cm to 20cm in extension and
mostly located in the thoracic region. The most impressive
feature was that the skin of victims assumed a rotten-like
appearance, as if the attack had occurred days ago even when
they happened only a few hours before. Those attacked by suck-
suck also complained of vertigo, pains in the body, shakings,
prostration, drowsiness, weakness, hoarseness, hair loss, scaly
of the injured skin and frequent headache. "It seems those
lights took not only the blood of the victims, but, as detected,
also their vital energy, because they had no more forces to do
anything", the doctor says.
The whole situation was already broadly approached and
documented by Brazilian UFO Magazine, and the coverage included
results obtained during Operation Saucer, although Brazilian
authorities preferred to keep silent over the military mission
carried out three decades before. Thus, without an official
announcement from the authorities, the Brazilian Ufological
Community has relied on constant investigations in the region
where the phenomena occurred, as well as on the cooperation of
few military that decided to disclose what they knew. Among
these, the main contribution came from Colonel Uyrangê Hollanda,
who guided the operation and gave a ground-shaking exclusive
interview to Brazilian UFO Magazine 20 years after the end of
operations. Colonel Hollanda revealed details of procedures of
the mission in the jungle and described how his men were face to
face with extraterrestrials that drove the spaceships in
Amazonia.
Now, ten years after Hollanda's historical interview, a new
military source is willing to disclose what he knows on the
Brazilian Air Force secret operations in the state of Para. This
man is Lieutenant-Colonel Gabriel Brasil, a retired air force
official who still lives in the capital of Para. Although
initially a reserved person and hesitant regarding what to
reveal in his statements, the official decided to tell much of
what he had been keeping after a contact with Brazilian UFO
Magazine's editor, A. J. Gevaerd. Even without any direct
participation in Operation Saucer he was in service at the I
Regional Air Command (COMAR I) during the works of the operation
and shared much information with the men involved, especially
Colonel Uyrange Hollanda, who was his close friend for a long
time. As we all know, I Comar was the institution that
controlled the activities of that operation.
Now retired, Gabriel Brasil still keeps in his personal files
some copies of UFO pictures taken by Hollanda and his men in
Colares. He presented the material to this author, but most of
them were already well known to the Brazilian Ufological
Community for being many times published by Brazilian UFO
Magazine. During the interview, Brasil also described aircraft
sightings he personally experienced in the 50s and 70s, stating
that he considers the subject a serious and undeniable
phenomenon. During his years of service in the 80s, Lieutenant-
Colonel was the chief of the extinct Belem Regional Service for
Flight Protection (SRPV-BE). At the same period, he was also a
professor of the theory of ionospheric propagation at the
Federal University of Para (UFPA), when he had one of the most
remarkable sightings in his life.
"I was teaching at night and that time UFPA employees were on a
strike. Suddenly, the lights in the campus went off and I
thought it were strikers preventing us from working. I left the
classroom with my students to see what was really going on and
there was a 300-500m diameter yellow light exactly over Combu
island", stated the military, referring to an island located at
the mouth of Guama River, right in front of the university, a
touristic spot in Belem. According to Gabriel Brasil, the light
observed was very intense and hovered in the air for several
seconds. "Suddenly, that thing disappeared as if it were
teletransported for another place. It simply disappeared in
front of us". After Hollanda, he is the military that most
contributed for the disclosure of information regarding
Operation Saucer. See below an exclusive interview to us given
by Gabriel Brasil.
Brazilian UFO Magazine - In your personal files you have some
pictures showing UFOs observed during Operation Saucer and you
say you've seen many other materials including movies shot by
the military in Colares. What is exactly contained in all this
material?
Gabriel Brasil - The pictures were extracted from the movies
made by the Air Force military during that mission in the
jungle. One of those movies show an 80cm UFO probe which was
pictured and filmed at night beside a coconut tree by Colonel
Hollanda's team. That probe was the same one seen in Colares
paralyzing victims to retrieve materials [Editor's input: Human
blood and organic samples, and minerals from the environment],
according to information provided by the team in the field.
Besides, I saw a movie from my colleagues in which an aircraft
is seen approaching. It had descended and launched a ladder for
their crew to leave the object. But when they realized the
presence of Hollanda's team, they went back to the ship and
left, leaving an intense flashlight that offered a good
opportunity for much photographic materials. The images also
show how such aircraft worked, apparently operating by means of
light variation [Editor's input: A thesis advocated by some
military that worked in Operation Saucer]. But no one knows what
was inside them to provide this evaluation.

barracks. After seeing them, what could you tell about them?
What did they show?
Gabriel Brasil - What I can tell about the military operation
carried out in Colares is that the works mainly resulted in four
movies of 10-minute duration each. At that time, I Regional Air
Command was headed by Brigadier Joao Camarao Telles Ribeiro, who
gathered selected representatives from civil society and local
authorities to show the obtained material. The meeting was also
observed by military from the General Command of Air Technology,
from Sao Jose dos Campos, State of Sao Paulo. I believe that
NASA representatives were also present. The movies were
exhibited during the meeting, but nothing was said about them
after that occasion. I've always had a strong friendship
relation with late Colonel Uyrange Hollanda, especially because
of UFO-related affairs, since we both had great interest in the
subject. He informed me that the movies obtained by his team
were sent to Brasilia, where I believe they are until now
[Editor's input: Sources tell that they would be kept at the
Brazilian Command for Air Defense (Comdabra), in the Brazilian
capital]. In those movies, it was possible to see UFOs flying
over the area, landing, taking off, and even diving into waters
without reducing speed. The movies also presented small aircraft
entering bigger ones. They also showed the operations of probes
which collected materials.
Brazilian UFO Magazine - Where did these pictures and movies
ended up?
Gabriel Brasil - Thanks to the friendship I had with Hollanda,
many copies of those pictures ended up in my hands, which I keep
until today. He also showed two images obtained in the
municipality of Tome-Asu, deep within the State of Para. One of
them shows an aircraft landing in a certain area, which was very
clear due to the soil marks left by the object's landing gear.
I've also seen another picture in which it is possible to
realize the collection of materials from the soil from a certain
altitude. Nowadays I don't know where these two images ended up
[Editor's input: At the conclusion of Operation Saucer, Hollanda
delivered all pictures and movies to I Comar head-office not
keeping anything to himself].
Brazilian UFO Magazine - During the period in which Operation
Saucer was carried out, in 1977, Brazil was under a military
dictatorship. Some theories say that US military were present in
Colares having influenced Brazilians to collect all materials
produced during the operation and send it to Brasilia. What do
you know about that?
Gabriel Brasil - This is completely unknown to me. At the time,
I worked directly with Brigadier Camarao and I would surely have
known anything in that sense. The truth is that he received an
order from Brasilia to carry out investigations on suck-suck and
a working group that spent several months in Colares was formed.
This was called Operation Saucer. Much material was collected by
the military who also had sightings. But everything was
presented to the society and only the movies were sent to
Brasilia. After this I've never heard of them anymore. It is
possible that they still exist, but who knows where they are...
Brazilian UFO Magazine - The Amazon region is home to many UFO
sightings and even contacts with extraterrestrials beings. Would
you be able to tell the sites where these really happened?
Gabriel Brasil - Besides Colares, another region in which the
phenomenon was - and still is - common is located from the delta
of the Amazonas River to the border of the Para and Maranhao
states. Another site where many sightings occurred is the region
next to Tapajos River, where the phenomenon is so constant that
became popular among river communities and part of their daily
lives.
Brazilian UFO Magazine - Besides following the developments of
Operation Saucer and seeing its results in pictures and movies,
you have also had personal experiences with UFO sightings. How
did these occur?
Gabriel Brasil - Yes, I had one sighting during the 50s when I
was a student at the Air Force School, in Campo dos Afonsos,
Governador Island [Editor's input: Military area which
comprehends the Afonsos Air Base, Rio de Janeiro]. It was 2:00
am and I was working at the airfield in the base, when I saw a
light vertically descending at an incredibly high speed. It was
yellowish like a sodium light bulb. When it approached the
ground, it changed direction by 90 degrees while apparently
keeping the same speed when it then turned green. That was
absolutely incredible to me, since among all laws we know, from
Newton to Quantic Mechanics, those movements were impossible.
Anybody changing directions undergo the effects of mass and
speed, which, in turn, would cause its self-destruction. But
that object I saw did not suffer any force of gravity or change
of direction. This was one of my sightings.
Brazilian UFO Magazine - Did you have any other? Could you tell
us?
Gabriel Brasil - The other one happened in the 70s, when I was
still teaching the theory of ionospheric propagation at the
Federal University of Para (UFPA), at night. At the time, civil
servants went on a strike, which also reached the university's
employees. One night, I was teaching when lights went off. I
thought that was something caused by employee's representatives
in order to prevent us from working. Then I left the classroom
with some students in order to see what was happening. Some
students from other classrooms did the same, which resulted in a
gathering at the campus yard. Then, exactly over Combu Island,
which is right in front of UFPA, there was a very intense yellow
light with 300m to 500m in diameter. That light stayed still
there for several seconds, before suddenly disappearing as if it
were teletransported to some other place. That thing simply
disappeared in front of us. Besides this case, I had another
sighting in the 70s, over Embratel facilities, in the city of
Belem. It was around 11:00 pm when a very intense white light
appeared at a medium altitude to cross the sky at an incredible
speed. As a pilot used to aircraft speed limits, I found that
very strange, because at the time - and until today - there were
no aircraft capable of flying at that speed to cross the horizon
so quickly. I estimate that light to be between six and 10
thousand km per hour. I tried to take a picture, but it was
technically impossible.

Subject: 'Operation Saucer' The Real Evidence
In a recent message posted here it was said that "little
concrete evidence is known about the Operation Saucer". Nothing
could be more far away from the truth.
For those who don't know, Operation Saucer was the biggest
military operation conducted in Brazil to _officially_ and
_secretly_ investigate UFOs. Probably the biggest in the world
as well. It started in September 1977 by direct order from the
command of the First Regional Aerial Command (COMAR) of the
Brazilian Air Force in Belém, Para state, in the Amazon.
The main reason to initiate Operation Saucer were the several
tragic attacks on people from mysterious balls of light and
other objects, first at night - in 1974, 1975 and late 1976 -
that soon started to happen almost all day long, especially
early and mid-1977. Operation Saucer was prematurely ended in
December 1977 for the reasons that we now know and is described
below.
According to the best source we once had available, the
commander of the Operation, Colonel Uyrange Hollanda, who gave a
detailed and in-depth _exclusive_ interview to the Brazilian UFO
Magazine, to me and to my co-editor Marco Antonio Petit, the
objectives of the Operation Saucer were:
1) To collect as many witness reports as possible about the
lights and objects being seen and that performed the strange
attacks.
2) To register the lights and objects in the jungle (called
suck-suck) with the highest photo and film technology available.
3) To engage, if possible, in a co-ordinated attempt to contact
the "intelligences behind the phenomena".
On the contrary of what the post suggests, yes, there is an
_enormous_ amount of information about Operation Saucer already
available, and lot of _very_ concrete_ evidence of it and its
amazing results. As for the objectives mentioned above, it is
also widely known that they were fully accomplished:
1) Over 2,000 witness reports were collected by the 30+ military
that took part in Operation Saucer, and before and after that.
It is estimated that at least 400 people were attacked by the
balls of light, of which 3 died - and maybe a 4th - were
recorded. Brazilian UFO Magazine has dozens of those reports and
conducted personal interview, on-site, with witnesses, military,
pilots and the doctor who treated the patients.
2) It is estimated that over 500+ B&W pictures of lights and
objects in the jungle were taken, along with several rolls of
film in super 8 and super 16mm. It is estimated that at least 16
hours have been recorded. Brazilian UFO Magazine has also dozens
of such pictures and has extensively published them in several
editions. Although the films are not available, they have been
watched by several people in Brazil and we have their personal
accounts of what they saw. Pilot Gerson Maciel the Britto, for
instance, described having watched a film shown to him by the
military, in the 80s, where there was a huge mother-ship with
small objects over the Amazon River.
3) The third objective, according to Hollanda, it was also fully
accomplished when, by mid-December 1977, he and a few of his men
were in a small boat in the river close to Colares Island and
they all saw a 300+ feet long cylinder-like object that almost
landed on the other side of the river, in a standing position.
From its upper part, a door was open and a humanoid-like
creature in a uniform floated from it to the river level and
stood just a few feet from the military, and kept staring at
them.
That was a genuine close encounter with an alien entity,
performed by a military team from the Brazilian Air Force,
_officially_! It was part of Hollanda's _official_ orders to
attempt such contact.
Through the helmet glass Hollanda and his men could see the
alien's eyes. No sound was ever emitted by any of the involved,
nor by the creature. It stood there for a few minutes and went
back to the ship, that took off.
As part of his duties, when Hollanda reported that he had a
direct contact with the "intelligences behind the phenomena",
his superiors at the First Regional Aerial Command (COMAR) of
the Brazilian Air Force in Belem, ordered him to immediately
shut down Operation Saucer. So he did. He was also ordered to
give to his superiors every piece of material, report, photo,
film, etc., obtained during the Operation, which he did.
So, it is believed that the Operation was shut-down because the
military feared loosing control of the situation, if the direct
contacts continued. This has also been reported to the Brazilian
UFO Magazine by a number of people who were directly and
indirectly connected to the Operation.
Throughout the years, with hard work, we have managed to get a
large number of pages and many pictures produced by the
military's Operation Saucer. There is in no way "little concrete
evidence known about Operation Saucer", but rather very _solid_
material that confirms what has been published before and shown
in programs such as Linha Direta and Brazil's Roswell (the
correct name). I took part along with Marco Petit in both
productions, and I served as a consultant for them. What they
show is accurate.

I was intrigued by the possible parallels between the "alien" beings described in the Caponi Italy 1993 / Varginha Brazil 1996 cases and the
*amphibian *beings described in various mythologies, e.g.
1/ the "Nommos" of African tribe Dogon in Mali. The word Nommos is
derived from a Dogon word meaning, "to make one drink," The Nommos are
usually described as amphibious, hermaphroditic, fish-like creatures.
Folk art depictions of the Nommos show creatures with humanoid upper
torsos, legs/feet, and a fish-like lower torso and tail.
2/ the pre-Sharun cultures of modern day Iraq contacts with amphibious
being known as Oannes (ref: works of Berossus, a priest who was the
first person known to have collected those fertile crescent encounter
stories in his Babyloniaka, a history of Babylon).
A few days ago, I stumbled upon Youtube's clip of a (spanish
production?) documentary on greek TV about the Dogons, which
unfortunately was broadcast translated, rather than subtitled (which
tends to cause further distortion). In that documentary, there is info
about the Nommos, which e.g. describe the Nommos having red eyes, three
fingers and breathe through a place in (our) stomach area. See

Notice the place the "tubes" go in is in the stomach area.
Notice things which suggest the Caponi-being desires water, as Caponi's
testimony suggests:
"The being had always appeared with gauze around the legs, and
something similar to leather on its back, but this time it did not
wear its covering anymore, but appeared with two tubes on the thorax
that seemed to slightly move under its skin, like from air or liquid
pressure, or some fluid, I don't know, maybe for its respiration.
The small tubes both moved rhythmically.
And an other important
thing: *I was convinced that the _body was wet, it drained water, it
dripped_*. But not much. From its head, water passed beside the eyes
like some sweat.
I want to emphasize that that evening my sister had
also heard the noises, on the small terrace of our house, where my
father had *two drums in which he put water for watering the
flowers. We have thought that perhaps it had gone to bathe itself.
The drums were supposed to be full, but instead one was half empty.
Maybe during the night, it had "undressed", dipped in a drum*,
washed, and jumped from the terrace, producing the noise of a jump
in water that my sister heard."
Also, apparently the Caponi being is wearing a jumpsuit and "helmet" in
all but the last photo. The only time when it's seen without its
"coveralls/jumpsuit" was on 20-Sep-1993 which was a _*rainy*_ night.
The Varginha case witnesses talk about "oily (wet/glistering?) brown
skin", "very small hands with three fingers", "huge veins running down
its neck" (perhaps the tubes seen in Caponi's photos?). There is a
different in the description of length of arms and legs, but the being
seen by the 3 girls at Varginha was seen in "kneeling" position (which
incidentally is also how Caponi's sketch depicts it).
American medical doctor Dr. Roger Leir traveled to Brazil in 2003 and
interviewed a Varginha doctor who said he examined one of the aliens.
The physician observed "reticulated skin," which though smooth, showed
the outlines of scales, as well as a "claw-like appendage," Leir
recounted (src: C2C interviews on 29-Aug-2004 and 22-May-2005).
My
*Question: would this "claw-like appendage" be at the lower limb /
"thigh" area?* (see pic)

Hello Dimitris, I must confess that although I'd read of both cases separately I hadn't made the connection quite as readily as you have.
Your notes on the Mesopotamian legend and those of the Dogon were most insightful and I think will be interesting in the future of these investigations.
