If about to publish damaging details of privileged criminals in elites (or their stooges), in British institutions, powerful Press / Media abusers, etc. -
then `Perceptions' has sent printed versions (or email equivalent) to all parties: to the lawyers, to the media, to the legal administrators, and to any public bodies charged with responsibilities in that area i.e. Police , CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) etc.-
- this in order that corrupt persons or organisations will be forced to take any legal action against `Perceptions' editor for the printed and circulated article or letter.
