Gödel's Paradox

 It refers to mathematical systems but can be put as a simple statement.    


 "This statement cannot be proved to be true by an all-embracing system
  of logic."

  then :-


 - If the statement is true then the logical system is not all-embracing

  and 

 - If the statement is false then an all-embracing logical system could
   prove it to be true - which is a paradox.
