We're imprisoned, by conditioning!
Made to want things we don't need
Then forced to believe people we don't trust!
If we try, we can get through those bars
Trust our friendships - Ignore greed
But the strongest bars are the hardest to escape
Sex, gender, race, age, education, home - all and each cage us
So we're dupes for liars and tyrants
We can't even find or fight those bars
Not without constant work anyway
That barrier's in our minds
